We want every patient to be able to use this website comfortably, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our target
This website is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have built in

Known limitations
Some content is still being confirmed by the clinic and is shown as clearly labelled placeholder text. Third-party features such as video consultation are not yet enabled and have not been assessed.

Our commitment
This website should be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site rather than as a later correction.

- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Colour contrast checked against the brand palette rather than assumed

- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting
- Forms that announce errors clearly and associate every field with its label
Known limitations
Some content — clinic addresses, telephone numbers and visiting clinic dates — is intentionally shown as awaiting confirmation until the clinic supplies it. Third-party content, where used, may not always meet the same standard; where that happens, the clinic will provide the information another way on request.
If something is difficult to use
Tell the clinic through the contact form, describing the page and the device you are using. Accessibility problems are treated as faults, not as feature requests, and if a page is preventing you from reaching care the team will help you directly by telephone or email while it is fixed.
How we test accessibility
Pages are checked with a keyboard alone, at small screen widths, at increased browser text size, and with colour contrast measured rather than assumed. Forms — the parts of this site that actually matter for reaching care — are checked end to end, because an inaccessible appointment form is an inaccessible clinic.
Accessibility is also a content question. Plain language, short sentences, meaningful headings and descriptive links help everyone, and they help most the people who are anxious, in pain, or reading on a phone in a waiting room.
Standards we work to
The site is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at AA level as a working target. Where a page falls short of that target, the clinic treats it as a defect to be fixed rather than an acceptable limitation, and there is always a human route to the same outcome: telephone or email contact with the clinic team.

If you need information from this website in another format — larger print, a document sent by email, or read to you over the telephone — ask and it will be arranged.
