How to arrange an appointment

Submit an appointment request through this website and a member of the team will contact you to agree a time. If you were referred by a general practitioner or another specialist, your clinician can use the referral portal instead and attach the relevant documents securely.

Submitting a request is not the same as a confirmed booking. A member of the clinic team reviews every request, checks which specialist and which clinic day suits your concern, and then contacts you to agree a time. If your symptoms change, or become severe, while you are waiting to hear from us, seek urgent local medical care rather than waiting for a reply.

Travel and attending a visiting clinic

No inter-island travel is required for patients based in Trinidad or Tobago. Tobago-based patients may be offered a virtual first appointment where clinically appropriate.

If you are travelling for an appointment, tell the team when you make the request. Where possible, appointments and any tests are grouped into a single visit so that you are not asked to travel repeatedly, and virtual follow-up is offered afterwards.
