Medical information
Medical disclaimer
Please read this alongside any educational information on this website.
This information is educational and general in nature. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please speak with a qualified clinician about your own situation.
The educational pages on this website describe common urological concerns in general terms. They cannot take account of your individual history, medicines, test results or circumstances, and they are not a diagnosis.
Nothing on this website should be used to delay seeking care. If you are worried about a symptom, speak with a qualified clinician.
Where content is awaiting confirmation by the clinic, it is labelled as such. Service availability, clinic locations, visiting dates and specialist details are published only after verification.
Submitting an appointment request does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Your appointment is confirmed only after the clinic contacts you.
Educational information, not medical advice
Everything published on this website is general and educational. It describes how urological concerns are commonly assessed and managed; it cannot take account of your history, your medicines, your test results or your circumstances, and it is therefore not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for you.
Always speak to a qualified clinician
Use these pages to prepare for a conversation with a clinician, not to replace one. Do not start, stop or change any treatment on the basis of something you read here, and do not delay seeking care because a page suggests a symptom is common.
Emergencies
This website is not monitored for emergencies, and messages sent through it may not be read immediately. If you cannot pass urine, have severe or worsening pain, a high fever alongside urinary symptoms, heavy bleeding, or feel very unwell, contact your local emergency service or attend the nearest emergency department.
Appointment requests are requests
Submitting a request is not the same as a confirmed booking. A member of the clinic team reviews every request, checks which specialist and which clinic day suits your concern, and then contacts you to agree a time. If your symptoms change, or become severe, while you are waiting to hear from us, seek urgent local medical care rather than waiting for a reply.
Accuracy and updates
Content is reviewed by the clinic before publication and can be updated at any time. Details that have not yet been confirmed by the clinic — including contact details, clinic days, credentials and the availability of specific procedures — are labelled as such rather than estimated. No outcome claims, success rates or comparative statistics are published on this website.
No outcome claims or comparisons
This website does not publish success rates, recovery times, waiting-time guarantees or comparisons with other providers. Figures of that kind depend heavily on which patients are counted and how, and presenting them without that context would mislead rather than inform. Where you want to know what is realistic in your own case, ask your specialist directly — that answer can be given properly, with your history in front of them.
Testimonials and photography
Patient testimonials are published only where the clinic has confirmed them and the patient has agreed. Imagery on this site is illustrative and does not depict patients or staff. Nothing on these pages should be read as a representation that a particular experience or result is typical.
